As a Mover, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods for our clients. This position requires physical stamina, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. You will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting items while providing an exceptional moving experience for our customers. Responsibilities Safely load and unload items from trucks or vans. Drive vehicles along designated routes to transport goods to various locations. Assist in packing and unpacking items as needed. Ensure that all items are secured properly during transit to prevent damage. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients throughout the moving process. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts when necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the moving vehicle and warehouse. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Skills Experience in route driving and familiarity with local roads. Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout the day. Previous experience in moving or warehouse operations is preferred. Proficiency in operating delivery vehicles, including vans or trucks. Knowledge of loading and unloading techniques to ensure safe handling of items. Forklift operation experience is a plus but not required. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
