• Safely operate a variety of vehicles, including vans, box trucks, and tractor-trailers, to transport goods and materials to designated locations
• Load and unload cargo using equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks
• Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatcher or supervisor
• Ensure all necessary paperwork, such as delivery receipts and logbooks, are completed accurately and submitted on time
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during deliveries “`Requirements“`
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting
• Ability to operate various types of vehicles, including vans, box trucks, and tractor-trailers
• Familiarity with using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts for loading and unloading cargo
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries and adherence to schedules
