Must be able to work unpredictable schedules as needed Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check What We Offer Starting pay $14 p/h for movers and $17 p/h for drivers Career advancement opportunities – we are committed to promoting from within! Temporary, Day labor, part-time, seasonal positions available What You’ll Do Work together to provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings Greet customers upon arrival and complete a walk-through of the home/business Inventory items using ICat software Load and unload a 16-foot moving truck Complete paperwork Safely operate the truck and perform daily truck inspections and moving equipment inventory checks Cleaning, deodorize, and manipulate contents when needed What We’re Looking For We hire for attitude and train for skill; however, experience in general labor positions such as truck driving, construction, landscaping, or warehouse labor is helpful. 18 years or older for movers; 21 years or older for drivers due to insurance restrictions Ability to communicate professionally, verbally, and in writing, in English Good work ethic and a positive, professional attitude Physical stamina to lift/carry 100 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day Comfortable working inside homes that have been damaged by fire, water, mold, etc with the appropriate PPE Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and random drug screens
