Full Job Description Duties:

The responsibilities of this position include planning, scheduling and directing employees who perform wheelchair assistance and other passenger assistance services in their daily assignments at the Tampa International Airport. Supervisors are also responsible for coordinating with management and dispatch to ensure passengers are assisted in a safe and timely manner, equipment is set-up in advance, and safety procedures are consistently followed and may on occasion need to assist passengers as well.

Qualifications:

Applicants must have a valid drivers license or state ID and be able to pass a federal background check Must be 18 years of age or older Must be able to physically perform required work Professional appearance Customer service skills Dependable, self motivated and responsible Ability to work a flexible, rotating schedule, including nights, early mornings, and weekends Prior leadership experience is required Available Shift(s): 4:00 AM
