As a Pilot, you will be responsible for safely navigating aircraft, ensuring compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze flight conditions and make informed decisions in real-time. Responsibilities Operate aircraft in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company policies. Conduct pre-flight inspections and ensure all equipment is functioning properly. Analyze weather conditions, flight paths, and other relevant data to ensure safe operations. Communicate effectively with air traffic control and ground personnel throughout the flight. Lead and coordinate with crew members to ensure efficient operations during flights. Manage freight transportation as needed, ensuring timely delivery of cargo. Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, addressing any concerns or needs during the flight. Maintain accurate flight logs and documentation as required by regulatory agencies. Qualifications Valid pilot’s license with appropriate ratings for the aircraft operated (Hawker 400XP or Citation Sovereign). Strong knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and aviation safety practices. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage crew dynamics effectively. Excellent analytical skills to assess flight conditions and make quick decisions. Previous experience in freight transportation is a plus. Exceptional customer service skills to enhance passenger experience. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with team members and air traffic control.
