⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Deck Hands, Captains, and Maintenance Crew (St Augustine) Sea Love Charters 220 Nix Boat Yard Rd near US 1 compensation: Per trip / Hourly / plus tips employment type: job title: Deck Hands, Captains, and Maintenance Crew Sea Love Charters is looking to hire an experienced 100 Ton Captain for the 2025 Season. This job will be 7 days a week through out the summer and would require the new hire to be on call as we pick up coming into our season, and slow down as we come out of our season. We expect our Captains to possess the ability to accurately and efficiently anchor on a spot, as well as possess the adequate knowledge to run a 40′ Singel and 70′ Twin screw vessel. Pay will be per trip rate. $150-$200 per trip plus tips. We are also looking for deck-hands with or without experience to assist captain with docking and safety, and assist passengers with fishing apparatus, bait, fish cleaning, boat cleaning, and additional responsibilities. Pay is per trip plus tips. We are also looking for part time mechanical / cosmetic handyman to assist captains with engine, fiberglass, equipment maintenance. Pay $20+ hr depending on experience. We require all of our Captains to keep up to date documentation and follow all USCG guidelines.
