Independent Transport Contractor OSL Transport Fort Myers, FL 33967
Overview:
OSL Transport is seeking reliable, compassionate, and safety-focused independent contractors to provide transportation services. As a contracted driver, you will play a vital role in helping individuals access essential healthcare appointments by offering safe and timely rides in your own well-maintained vehicle. This role is ideal for drivers who value flexibility, independence, and making a positive impact in their community.
Responsibilities:
Transport passengers to and from medical appointments, rehabilitation centers, pharmacies, and other healthcare facilities. Assist passengers in and out of vehicles when needed, ensuring their safety and comfort. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times. Ensure vehicle is clean, smoke-free, and well-maintained at all times. Communicate promptly with company representatives about trip status or any concerns. Comply with all local, state, and federal transportation laws and regulations. Experience and Qualifications (Required or Preferred): Must be at least 21 years of age. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Proof of valid auto insurance (commercial or rideshare insurance preferred). Reliable, registered, and well-maintained vehicle (sedan, minivan, or SUV preferred). Previous experience in transportation, rideshare, or medical transport is a plus but not required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus but not required.
