Join our team of competent and compassionate professionalsas a Support Specialist in the Program for Assertive Community Treatment(PACT) at Behavioral Health Network! Per Diem role only Your experience,knowledge and great skills will support the PACT program with thefollowing: Providing direct services to individuals in communitysettings and/or our group homes. Supporting the growth, independence,and safety of individuals in all settings. Monitoring individuals’overall health and well-being. Assisting with all aspects of medicationtreatment and administration. Providing related activities to documentand support the services provided to individuals. Providing crisisintervention to individuals served, as needed. Who are we? The Programfor Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) program is a highly integratedoutreach and 24/7 residential program that helps individuals meet theirgoals and reduce hospitalizations. PACT provides clinical wraparoundsupport in the community and in our group residential program toperpetuate recovery and wellness for the individuals served. The PACTteam is forensic-focused and designed to reduce arrests andincarcerations. Behavioral Health Network is a growing non-profitcommunity behavioral health agency that has been providing services tochildren, adults, families and communities in Western Massachusettssince 1938. What are we looking for in a SupportSpecialist? Commitment to empowerment and growth, human rights, andcommunity integration of individuals served (required). Six months ofexperience in human services (preferred). High school diploma or G.E.D.equivalent (required). Valid driver’s license and a reliable caravailable for working hours (required). Current MAP Certification(preferred). Training is provided by BHN Valid driver’s licenserequired. Vehicle for use during all working hours should be registeredand inspected in accordance w 540 CMR 4.00.
