Delivery Driver and Helper TNZ Logistics, LLC Charlotte, NC 28269 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Helper to assist our drivers in delivering goods and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will work closely with the driver to ensure timely and safe delivery of products while maintaining a high level of professionalism. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Responsibilities Assist the driver with loading and unloading cargo from the vehicle. Ensure that all deliveries are made in a timely manner while adhering to safety regulations. Communicate effectively with the driver and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle. Support the driver in navigating routes, ensuring efficient travel plans are followed. Perform pre-trip inspections on vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition. Assist with securing loads for transport, including using appropriate equipment for different types of vehicles (e.g., 26 Box Truck with Lift Gate). • Skills Experience or familiarity with driving a 26 ‘ Box truck with Lift Gate Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and customers. Knowledge of manual transmission operation is a plus. Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to assist others in achieving common goals. Capability to handle physical tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and routes as needed.
