If you can say “yep, that’s me” to all this, go ahead and hit apply: You’re a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in NJ You can read/write/speak English clearly (for care plans + office updates) You’ve got a valid driver’s license , your own car , and insurance You can get to shifts around South Ocean County without issues You have a recent negative PPD or QuantiFERON (or chest x-ray on file) Make Your Own Schedule ( For Real ): Here’s how mine works

• and you can do the same: Pick your start time : 8a, 9a, 12p, 1p
• whatever works Stack short shifts or go for longer blocks when they’re open Morning, afternoon, evening
• you decide Want full-time? Part-time? You tell them. They’ll build around your life You’ll finally be in control of your hours
• no guessing, no ghosting! Your Day-to-Day Job Duties! If you’ve worked with seniors before, you know the drill
• but here’s the quick version: Bathing, grooming, toileting Transfers, ambulation, light mobility help Prepping meals or snacks House stuff: laundry, dishes, beds, bathrooms Med reminders Rides to the store or appointments (if needed) Helping folks with memory or incontinence issues Light physical assist or ROM exercises You’ll be a lifeline to folks who really need it
• and you’ll feel that impact daily! Pay & Perks ( This Part’s Good ): $18 / hr. weekdays $19 / hr. weekends $20
• $21 / hr. overnights $23
• $24 / hr. for 1-hour cases (nice when you just want to pop in & out) Same Day Pay (for real
