Job Overview:
The ECF Staff- Transportation plays a crucial role in ensuring safe and reliable transportation services for our clients. This position involves operating personal vehicles to facilitate the movement of individuals to their destinations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to maintaining safety standards while providing exceptional service. You will be working with IDD individuals. Duties Operate transportation vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring their comfort and safety. Maintain accurate records of trips, including passenger counts and vehicle inspections. Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders regarding transportation schedules and needs. Perform routine maintenance checks on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition. Adhere to all traffic laws and organizational policies while driving. Qualifications Valid Driver Licenses (DL) Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar transportation role is advantageous. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members. Must have a working cell phone. Clean driving record Reliable transportation A commitment to maintaining high safety standard while on the road. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late evening if required. Shift will be Mon-Fri Flexible schedule. Pay is $12.50hr plus mileage, weekly Direct Deposit .
