SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE /BACKGROUND
Prior Deckhand experience, experience on Ferries preferred but not required
VESSEL TYPE
: Passenger/Car Ferry
ROTATION OR SCHEDULE
: 4 days on/3 days off, or 8 days on/6 days off
PAY INFO
Hourly, roughly come out to $330-350/day
TRANSPORTATION
Travel is not offered, local candidates only. Free parking on site.
JOB DESCRIPTION
AB will be responsible for handling mooring lines, performing appropriate deck watches, daily helm watch, maintaining vessel cleanliness, participating in drills, directing cars on and off the vessel, assist passengers on and off the vessel, and other duties as assigned by captain or mate.
