Conduct Background Check and Drug Screen Job Summary:

We are looking for a Deckhand to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with vessel operations, passenger safety, and general maintenance while providing excellent customer service. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for safety procedures at the start, during, and end of cruise. Help ensure passenger safety by following proper safety protocols and assisting in emergency procedures.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with boarding, answering questions, and offering guidance. Monitor and report any mechanical or safety issues to the captain or supervisor.
Assist with loading and unloading supplies, luggage, or provisions.
Follow all maritime regulations and company policies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge of vessel operations and safety procedures is a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Work Environment:

Work is performed on the water in varying weather conditions.
Requires standing, lifting, and physical exertion.
Interaction with passengers in a customer-facing role.
