- 40/hr (based on experience) We are seeking a professional, compassionate, and dependable individual to join our team as a Ceremony Facilitator.
This unique position offers the opportunity to work on the water while helping families honor their loved ones in a peaceful and meaningful way.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in hosting 90-minute memorial ceremonies aboard our vessels
- Prepare the boat and event materials 2 hours prior to each departure
- Help break down and clean up for 1 hour post-ceremony
- Provide warm, respectful support to families during a delicate time
- Coordinate logistics with the captain and staff to ensure smooth events
