What You’ll Do:
Respond to disabled vessels and provide professional on-water assistance Conduct salvage operations including hard groundings, sinkings, and hurricane response Operate and maintain company vessels and salvage equipment to high standards Interact with boaters and clients in a professional, service-oriented manner Work closely with dispatch and fellow captains as part of a coordinated response team
Requirements:
USCG Master’s License (Near Coastal) Commercial Assistance Towing Endorsement Valid TWIC card and Passport Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong boat handling skills in a variety of conditions Comfort working in a fast-paced, unpredictable marine environment Preferred but not required: Scuba certification Mechanical aptitude or experience in marine systems Prior salvage, commercial towing, or emergency response experience Why Work With Us?
