Beach Boulevard, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Marine Travel Lift Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have marine lift experience and be responsible for safely and efficiently operating lift to move boats in and out of the water. They also may handle other boat handling equipment like forklifts and yard cranes. This role is crucial in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and safely, contributing to the overall success of our service. MUST have

Duties Operate travel lift:

experience. This includes properly positioning the lift, securing the boat with straps, and safely lifting and moving the vessel. Moving boats on the hardstand or in the water using the lift and potentially other equipment. Performing routine maintenance checks on the lift and other equipment. Assisting with the docking and undocking of boats. Assist in heavy lifting and moving of products as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Also work with bottom paint crew scraping, cleaning, sanding and painting when not moving boats. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Skills Experience with operating travel lifts and other boat handling equipment is required. A strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols is crucial. Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

$18.00 – $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 – 42 per week
