Junior Deckhand – Entry Level Pensacola, FL (Local Candidates Only – No Relocation Provided) We are seeking a motivated Junior Deckhand to join our crew. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the yachting industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain yacht cleanliness: wash downs, stainless polishing, waxing
• Assist bosun and mate with maintenance projects: sanding, taping, varnishing/painting, caulking, filling
• Line handling during docking and anchoring maneuvers
• Support interior crew during onboard events
• Ongoing learning in yacht maintenance, operations, tender driving, navigation safety, and water sports

Position Details:

• Not a liveaboard position
• Typical hours: Monday-Friday, 7 AM – 3 PM (occasional weekends required)
