The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the safe and enjoyable operation of parasailing activities. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced outdoor environment. As a Parasail Mate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience while adhering to all safety protocols. Responsibilities Assist in the setup and rigging of parasailing equipment prior to each outing. Ensure that all safety equipment is properly maintained and operational. Conduct pre-flight briefings for guests, explaining safety procedures and instructions. Manage the boarding process for guests, ensuring a smooth and organized experience. Monitor weather conditions and make informed decisions regarding safety and operations. Provide support during takeoff and landing, ensuring guests are safely secured. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parasailing area and equipment. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations throughout the day. Experience Previous experience in a marine or outdoor recreational environment is preferred but not required. Strong mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
