Approximately 700 sqft of pressure treated wood maybe 8 years old with railings. I tried to stain a few years ago but did not hold. Will need some prep work. Will need pressure wash. I can supply all materials unless you have a preference on stain. Looking to get this done when the weather warms up and the deck dries out, but before summer. Willing to pay $200 for stain, and brushes, have a pump sprayer. $500 for labor. In Farmington.
