Job Description
General boat and deck hand labor.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area and equipment.
Report equipment problems and identify them to management; help maintain boat, cargo, and equipment.
Complete daily inspections and equipment pre-shift report – if applicable.
Assist other workers as needed or directed and other duties as assigned by management.28 Days on 14 days off 365 days a year. Hours on the boat is 6 hours on 6 off.
Route is the Arkansas River going up to Catoosa, OK and back then travel south on the lower Mississippi River towards New Orleans and back to Rosedale MS.
Requirements:
Valid ID or driver’s License and birth certificate, must pass drug screen and physical, must have a TWIC card, ( assiatnce to furnish first card if you don’t have one), must wear steel-toed boots.
Upon employment you will have to attend a weeklong orientation class in Rosedale Mississippi. Extensive Benefit plan and tarining is $100 per day. After training pay is $195 per day topping out at $365 per day
