Job Description
Boating Attendant (Full Time Hours) – Seasonal 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars 1392 Stamp Creek Road, Salem, SC 29676
Broad Function:
It is the attendant’s duty to upkeep, maintain and operate clean facilities, aid in the operation of programs, and deal with KKPOA members and their guests, in a courteous and helpful manner.

Boating Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily Responsibilities:
Check the Lakeview Room calendar to see if any functions are to be held. Set up at the appropriate time. Assure all areas are clean and ready for use. Schedule reservations for picnic shelter. Administer keys when necessary. Assist in dispensing gas into boats at the Marina gas dock. Perform daily pool maintenance at the North Marina and Southside Community Pool. Complete the appropriate sales slip for all sales at the time of the transaction and enter transaction in the cash register. Follow daily preventive maintenance program. Complete daily Marina checklist, date and sign by end of shift. Assist property owners, when requested, when their boats are disabled on the lake. Vehicle and marine vessel driving on behalf of the company, as needed. Maintain boat rental calendar and have boats ready at appropriate times. Exhibit courteous, pleasant conduct with members and their guests at all times. Perform all assigned setup, work area maintenance, cleanup and closedown procedures and duties.
Position Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age. Must have a valid Driver’s License. Available to work holidays and weekends as needed, in addition to regular scheduled hours. This job may require stooping, bending or lifting up to 80 lbs.
