Appliance Delivery Driver Position Available In Jefferson, Alabama

Appliance Delivery Driver Smith Trucking & Logistics, LLC Birmingham, AL We are looking for individuals who are able to travel to Birmingham, AL and surrounding areas who have experience in delivering/installing household appliances. We also need individuals who possess the ability to operate a 26ft box truck with at least 2 years of experience. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Starting pay from $990 per week to $1200+ per week. Appliances installed can vary from Refrigerators, Freezers, Ranges, Washer and Dryers. Occasionally some exercise equipment and grill assembly. We DO install Dishwashers or OTR Microwaves.

SCHEDULE

: 5-6 Day Operation depending on volume and performance.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have personal set of tools Drivers are required to pass a drug screen, background check & have a good driving record Must have a valid DOT Physical Drivers must be 21+ years old Responsibilities Follow routes and time schedule Load and unload appliances as well as haul aways Follow DOT regulations and safety standards Use basic tools to complete the installation of the appliances Skills Proven work experience as a Delivery Driver Proven work experience as an Appliance Installer Excellent organizational and time management skills Good driving record with little or no traffic violations High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
