The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to read schematics and perform equipment repairs. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting with clients during installations and service calls. The Installer will be responsible for delivering and installing appliances ensuring that all systems are functioning correctly and meeting customer expectations. Duties Install and set up equipment according to specifications and schematics. Provide exceptional customer service during installation and repair processes. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues as they arise. Operate a box truck for delivery of equipment to various job sites. Conduct field service calls to address client concerns or maintenance needs. Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and customer interactions. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Requirements Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment installation. Proficiency in reading schematics related to electrical systems. Prior experience in contracting, or as a service technician is preferred. Customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs. Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate a box truck for deliveries. Familiarity with refrigeration systems is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
