Appliance Installer/Delivery Driver BQ Logistics LLC Huntsville, AL Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to handle various equipment, including box trucks. If you have experience in delivery driving and a background in service technician roles, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Safely operate a delivery vehicle, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. Load and unload items from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling of equipment. Assemble and install appliances as needed at customer locations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns during deliveries. Perform basic equipment repairs and maintenance on delivery vehicles when necessary. Read and interpret schematics for proper installation and assembly of products. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including documentation of any issues encountered during transport. Requirements Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge, particularly in HVAC systems, electrical components, and appliance repair. Familiarity with operating box trucks and understanding of safety regulations related to vehicle operation. Ability to read schematics and perform basic troubleshooting on equipment. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
