Responsibilities:
- Vehicle provided could be a Sprinter Van to a 26 foot box truck
- Finish loading/sort vehicle according to assigned route for the day
- Safely and accurately complete 110-170 delivery stops and delivering 200-500 packages per day
- Inspect and monitor delivery vehicle
- Properly code packages in scanner
- Maintain accurate inventory of packages
Qualifications:
- be at least 21 years of age
- have a valid Drivers License
- 6 months
- 1 year commercial driving experience (Uber, Lyft, Pizza Delivery, Lawn Service experience acceptable)
- be of legal status to work in the US, we e-verify
- have a
CLEAN MVR
(motor vehicle record will be checked)
- complete a background check
- must have or be capable of obtaining a DOT Medical Card
- be drug free (pass immediate and random drug tests)
- able to handle large and/or heavy packages up to 150 lbs. with the help of a hand truck. This is a very physically demanding job & could involve climbing stairs
- must fluently speak, read and understand English
- capable of operating a scanning device
- have a working smart phone & willing to use it on the job for GPS & communication
- Must Have Reliable Transportation To And From The Terminal
