Logistics Delivery Associate ABM trucking & dispatch Huntsville, AL 35810 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Delivery Helper to join our logistics team. In this role, you will assist in the delivery of goods to various locations, ensuring timely and efficient service. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to perform heavy lifting, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and customer service. Responsibilities Assist the delivery driver in loading and unloading products from the vehicle. Ensure that all items are securely loaded to prevent damage during transit Work day shifts, Tuesday through Saturday (Saturday mornings required) Deliver furniture safely and efficiently to customers’ homes and businesses Assemble and handle furniture carefully on-site Use a dispatch app to coordinate deliveries communicate with the team and Help navigate delivery routes and provide support in route driving as needed. Provide top-notch customer service during each delivery This is a 1099 position—meaning you operate as an independent contractor with paid weekly earnings starting at $150 plus tips Maintain organization within the delivery vehicle to optimize space and efficiency. Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding delivery status. Adhere to all safety protocols while handling products and operating equipment. Perform basic maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle when necessary. Assist with warehouse duties, including inventory management and stock organization.
