Trippel Rd, Theodore, AL 36582 Kairos Enterprises is an independent contractor for FedEx Ground. We are looking for high-energy drivers with at least one year of driving experience to join our growing team. Due to the exponential growth of e-commerce, experienced delivery drivers who can take a few more delivery stops can make huge per-stop bonuses. We also have overtime and extra shifts available for anyone who wants to work and make more. In your role as a FedEx driver, you would report to the FedEx Ground Terminal in Theodore where you will take the pre-loaded truck, deliver and pick up packages before returning the truck to the terminal. You will be assigned a specific work area where you will be servicing every day.

Your responsibilities include:

scanning, delivering/picking up packages, pre and post-trip vehicle inspection daily, and superior customer service.

• Earn $18.75
• $22.00 an hour depending on experience
• Guaranteed hours, even with low volume.

IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THE DRIVER POSITION, YOU MUST HAVE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING

1) Driving experience of over one year 2) A valid regular driver’s license 3) Legal status to work in the USA 4) Clean driving record (no DUIs, cell phone tickets, reckless driving tickets, etc. in past 3 years. Minor tickets and accidents OK) 5) Clean criminal record (no major misdemeanors or felonies in past 10 years) 6) Able to pass a physical (including drug test) 7) Clear a 10 year DOT background check 8) Must have conversational English 9) Must be punctual, energetic, reliable, and honest 10) Must be at least 21 years of age We believe the candidates that fit well with our company will have a rewarding experience with us.
