Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and physically capable Hot Tub Delivery Specialist to safely transport, deliver, and assist in the installation of hot tubs and swim spas at customer locations. The ideal candidate has strong teamwork skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and experience handling large, heavy products with care.
Key Responsibilities:
Load, secure, transport, and deliver hot tubs, swim spas, and related equipment to residential and commercial locations. Safely operate delivery vehicles and trailers, following all traffic laws and safety regulations. Maneuver hot tubs into position using dollies, sleds, spa carts, and other specialized equipment. Assist with basic placement, leveling, and setup of hot tubs (minor plumbing/electrical hookup not required). Communicate professionally with customers during delivery to ensure satisfaction and proper placement. Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles and equipment regularly to ensure safety and reliability. Complete delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures upon successful delivery. Work closely with team members to ensure efficient loading, delivery, and setup. Follow all company safety protocols and procedures to minimize risk of injury or product damage.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license (CDL may be preferred for larger vehicles). Clean driving record. Ability to lift, move, and maneuver items weighing 100+ pounds safely and repeatedly. Previous experience in delivery, moving, or logistics preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Attention to detail, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
Physical Requirements:
Frequent lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling. Standing, walking, and maneuvering heavy equipment for extended periods. Ability to work in all weather conditions (hot, cold, rain).
Work Schedule:
Full-time, with occasional weekends depending on delivery volume.
