In this role, you will assist in the delivery of goods to various locations, ensuring that products are delivered safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience with route driving and a strong commitment to customer service. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work collaboratively with drivers to provide an exceptional delivery experience. Responsibilities Assist drivers in loading and unloading delivery vehicles, including box trucks and vans. Navigate routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to safety regulations. Handle heavy lifting and maneuvering of products, utilizing equipment such as pallet jacks when necessary. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and equipment. Support drivers in managing delivery schedules and documentation as needed. Skills Experience with box truck or van driving preferred. Familiarity with route driving and commercial driving practices is a plus. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is advantageous. Strong customer service skills to enhance client interactions during deliveries. Capability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling of products safely. Proficient in using equipment such as pallet jacks for loading and unloading tasks.
