Scan, sort, and load packages based on delivery priority and route optimization. Provide real-time updates to dispatch regarding progress, traffic disruptions, or delivery issues. Assist in packaging or staging deliveries when needed to support warehouse operations. Perform minor troubleshooting for vehicle issues and coordinate scheduled maintenance. Foster positive customer interactions by resolving concerns or special delivery requests on the spot. Ensure cargo is safely restrained and protected to minimize risk of damage during transport.
