Job Summary:

Andrew Distribution Inc. is seeking reliable and safety-conscious Box Truck Drivers to join our team in Southern Gainesville, FL. This position involves nighttime driving and transporting pallets of newspapers to distribution sites.. Shifts typically range from 6 to 10 hours, and schedules are mostly fixed but may shift as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a box truck for deliveries.
• Transport and unload palletized newspaper shipments using lift gates at most stops.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to distribution sites.
• Occasionally break down pallets at the destination, requiring repeated handling of 25-50 lb bundles.
• Adhere to DOT safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required).
• DOT physical (Med Card) required.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug test.
• Capable of safely moving heavy loads and handling palletized products.
