Job Description:

We’re looking for a responsible and punctual Delivery Driver to join our team. You will be in charge of picking up and delivering dry cleaning orders using our designated mobile app. The ideal candidate is comfortable with technology, has a good sense of direction, and can provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Operate delivery vehicles, including vans and box trucks, in a safe and efficient manner Navigate assigned routes to ensure timely deliveries to customers Pick up and deliver dry cleaning orders to customers on time Load and unload goods using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary Handle garments with care and ensure proper delivery Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or issues Use smartphone apps to track deliveries and communicate with dispatch Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and any potential delays Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving Maintain a professional and friendly attitude throughout all customer interactions

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Must speak and understand English Comfortable using smartphone apps (iOS or Android) Strong time management and punctuality skills Experience in commercial driving or as a delivery driver preferred Familiarity with route driving and local geography is a plus Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks as needed Excellent communication and organizational skills Customer-oriented attitude Join our team as a Delivery Driver where your skills will contribute directly to our success in providing exceptional service!
