The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering automotive parts to various locations while ensuring timely and safe transportation. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to handle heavy lifting and operate various types of vehicles, including those with manual transmissions. Duties Safely drive delivery vehicles, including vans and trucks, to transport parts to customers and vendors. Load and unload automotive parts from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and organization. Utilize a pallet jack and forklift when necessary to facilitate the movement of heavy items within the warehouse. Maintain accurate delivery logs and ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely manner. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients. Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organization of parts. Adhere to all safety protocols while driving and handling materials. Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving is preferred. Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Previous experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the day. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Experience using a pallet jack and forklift is highly desirable. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
