Customer-Focused Delivery Associate Origin USA 573 Paul Morris Drive, Englewood, FL 34223 Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle heavy lifting and operate delivery vehicles efficiently. Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicles, including those with manual transmission, to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload products using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Ensure that all deliveries are completed on time and in accordance with company policies. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking information and customer signatures. Provide exceptional customer service during each delivery interaction, addressing any questions or concerns professionally. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly. Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization of goods. Skills Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety protocols. Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Capability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required during loading and unloading tasks. Experience in warehouse operations is a plus. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
