The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to handle heavy lifting and loading/unloading of products. Duties Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload products efficiently, ensuring that all items are secured and protected during transit. Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working order and report any maintenance issues. Navigate routes effectively using GPS or maps while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all shipments. Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients during deliveries and addressing any concerns or questions. Assist in warehouse duties as needed, including sweeping, cleaning and maintenance, washing dishes, general tasks. Experience Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and safe loading/unloading practices is essential. Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics will be beneficial. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
