The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to handle heavy lifting and operate your own vehicle. Responsibilities Safely drive delivery vehicles, including vans and trucks, to designated locations. Load and unload goods from your vehicle. Perform manual lifting of heavy items as required during deliveries. Ensure all deliveries are made in a timely manner while adhering to traffic regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by interacting positively with clients during deliveries. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking shipments and obtaining signatures. Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Experience in commercial driving preferred. Have a 2005 or newer vehicle. SUV, Minivan, pick up truck or cargo van preferred. Familiarity with moving procedures and heavy lifting techniques. Proficiency in using pallet jacks. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Ability to lift heavy items (no more than 70 lbs) consistently throughout the day. Flexibility to work varying hours, including early mornings or late evenings if needed. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
