Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Delivery Driver to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of prescription medications to patients, healthcare providers, and long-term care facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with all applicable regulations. A clean background check and driving record are required for this role.

Key Duties:

Safely operate delivery vehicles (vans and/or box trucks) in accordance with all traffic laws and pharmacy protocols. Load and unload medications with care, ensuring packages are secure and properly documented. Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of all pharmaceutical products during transport. Manage delivery schedules efficiently to ensure timely service. Provide courteous and professional interaction with customers and facility staff. Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and keep the vehicle clean and organized. Assist in pharmacy or warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous delivery or courier experience preferred; pharmaceutical delivery experience is a plus. Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record . Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle packages with care. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance awareness a plus). Professional appearance and dependable work ethic. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Flexible availability for occasional overtime or weekend shifts.
