The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods to various locations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to navigate efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Duties Operate flat bed trucks, ensuring safe and timely delivery of goods. Load and unload products using pallet jacks and forklifts as necessary. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and any potential issues. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns during deliveries. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving. Assist with assembly of products at facility and job sites Skills Proficient in operating various types of vehicles including vans, box trucks, and manual transmission vehicles. Experience with commercial driving and courier services is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for loading and unloading goods. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Familiarity with safety protocols related to driving and handling cargo.
