Moving Supervisor Neighborhood Mover Silver Springs, FL 34488 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Move Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of moving operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all moves are executed smoothly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage logistics effectively. Duties Coordinate and manage moving schedules, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries. Supervise loading and unloading of items, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts as needed. Drive vehicles for route driving, transporting goods safely to designated locations. Maintain communication with customers, addressing any concerns or questions regarding their move. Ensure compliance with safety regulations during all moving operations. Train and mentor team members on best practices for heavy lifting and customer service. Maintain accurate records of inventory and movement of goods within the warehouse. Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse or moving environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience as a delivery driver is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with moving items. Familiarity with operating pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
