The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods efficiently and safely to various locations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to navigate routes effectively, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety during deliveries. Duties Deliver medications, ensuring all items are secured and accounted for. Follow designated routes while adhering to traffic laws and store policies. Communicate with the pharmacist regarding delivery status, delays, or issues encountered on the route. Provide exceptional customer service by interacting positively with clients and/or front desk employees during deliveries. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and any discrepancies. Experience Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards is advantageous. Experience in route driving and knowledge of local roads is beneficial. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
