Delivery Driver Dolly’s Florist 14700 NW 7th Avenue, Miami, FL 33168
Delivery Duties Delivery of Orders:
Safely and efficiently deliver floral arrangements to customers, ensuring timely arrivals and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Route Management:
Needs to know Miami Dade and Broward County area well to Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes to maximize time and fuel efficiency.
Customer Interaction:
Communicate professionally with customers upon delivery, ensuring their satisfaction and handling any concerns or special requests.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Regularly inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and in good working order.
Floral Assistance Duties Flower Preparation:
Assist with cutting, trimming, and preparing flowers for arrangements according to shop standards and customer orders.
Inventory Management:
Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and organizing flower storage areas.
Shop Clean-Up:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including workstations, storage areas, and display spaces.
Qualifications Valid Driver’s License:
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Driving Experience:
Previous experience as a delivery driver or similar role is preferred.
Floral Knowledge:
Basic knowledge of flower care and arrangement is a plus; willingness to learn and develop skills in floral design.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift and carry heavy items, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks related to floral preparation.
