Position Overview We are seeking a dependable, customer service-oriented Delivery Driver to join our growing team. This individual will play a vital role in the daily operations of our company, ensuring that medical equipment and supplies are delivered accurately, safely, and efficiently to our clients’ homes. Key Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicle to deliver and pick up medical equipment and supplies to and from patients’ residences. Load, transport, and unload medical items, ensuring careful handling and secure delivery. Demonstrate and explain basic use of equipment to patients and caregivers when necessary. Maintain delivery logs, obtain required signatures, and accurately complete delivery documentation. Follow assigned delivery routes and time schedules. Inspect and maintain delivery vehicle on a daily basis; report any issues to management. Provide exceptional customer service, representing the company with courtesy and professionalism. Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations. Maintain a clean driving record and follow all state and federal traffic laws. Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Bilingual preferred Minimum 1 year of experience in delivery driving or a related field preferred. Must pass a criminal background check —no prior criminal history. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills , especially in dealing with elderly or medically fragile patients. Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 60 lbs repeatedly throughout the day. Strong sense of punctuality, responsibility, and attention to detail. Capable of working independently and solving problems on the road. Basic knowledge of medical equipment (preferred, but not required—training provided). Familiarity with warehouse operations, including loading/unloading procedures & the use of pallet jacks is a plus.
