The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to navigate efficiently through assigned routes. The Delivery Driver will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to exceptional service. Duties Safely operate delivery vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Load and unload products with care, ensuring items are secured during transit. Navigate assigned routes efficiently, using GPS or maps to optimize delivery times. Provide outstanding customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Maintain accurate records of deliveries. Experience Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with route driving and local geography is advantageous. Experience operating manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Strong customer service skills are essential for interacting positively with clients. Background in courier services or warehouse operations can be beneficial. Ability to lift heavy packages and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo.
