Dry Cleaner Flex Delivery and Customer Service Representative Sir Galloway Dry Cleaners Miami, FL 33176 Full-time position, Monday to Friday Needs open availability for work schedule – Variable shifts based on assignments’ demand – Sometimes shift schedule may start at 7:00 am and other times shift will start at 1:30 pm. Therefore, finish time will vary accordingly and afternoon shift may finish as late as 10:00 pm. •Paid Training $17.00/hr. •Includes Attendance Bonus

REQUIREMENTS

Legally authorized to work in the USA. Good English and computer skills. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record. This position requires a background check. Experience in driving Sprinter-type van. Minimum 3 years in a customer service work environment. Commitment to customer-focus service. Skilled in navigating diverse routes in the Miami-Dade area, utilizing GPS systems, and pre-arranged stop-order routes. Well-groomed business appearance – No facial piercing. Body art must be fully covered during work shift. Able to follow instructions accurately, with minimum supervision, and work well within the team. Able to lift 40 lbs. bags, unassisted. Must have a full range of color perception. Able to step in-out of van constantly during workday, and to load and unload hanging garments and laundry bags for pick-up and delivery services. Able to work in hot/humid environment and to tolerate outside weather conditions while carrying out position’s duties. Smoke free environment. Smoking/vaping is not allowed at any of the facilities, vehicles, or customers premises.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is of dual-responsibilities. On some days, the Flex Representative will be assigned delivery duties using a Sprinter-type van, and on other workdays they will be assigned in-store functions to include computerized description of garments. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, Flex Delivery and Customer Service Representative is to provide delivery and pick-up services as assigned; and be capable of learning and effectively fulfill all functions for in-store customer service and order processing tasks. Safely operate company vehicle and obey all traffic laws. Safety is top priority. Exceptional customer service. Courteous and professional interaction with customers, co-workers, and management at all times. Other related tasks as assigned.
