- Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Picker/Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves both warehouse operations and driving responsibilities, ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our distribution center. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management systems and a clean driving record. No CDL required.
- Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Perform picking and packing of orders accurately to meet shipping deadlines.
- Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking inventory levels and order processing.
- Load and unload products from delivery vehicles and storage areas.
- Operate delivery vehicles safely to transport materials within the warehouse.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and address any operational issues.
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying the accuracy of outgoing shipments against invoices.
- Clean and maintain the warehouse area and restroom by sweeping, mopping, and making the admin aware when supplies are low.
- Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, as well as quality control measures.
- Proficient knowledge of computers and technology, experience with order management software a plus.
- Must speak English fluently.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
