Primary Duties:

Responsible for the efficient setup of all equipment to be delivered to customer locations. Ensure proper documentation of accessories, supplies and equipment serialization. Troubleshoot failures and repairs for copier/fax/duplicators equipment. Excellent ability to work through remote applications i.e. email, google scan, remote data entry. Able to multitask data entry update and enter all new information regarding installation and delivery calls. Ability to drive a box truck, extended drive time to exceed 2 hours one way. Meet all installation/ delivery deadlines. Work within a team and customer focus culture.

Physical Demands:

Physical strength and agility sufficient to perform the work of this class. Must be able to travel within company service area on a daily basis to various customer sites by automobile or truck or to approved training locations via company authorized transportation. Requires frequent kneeling and bending and considerable use of hands and tools. Frequently requires moving or lifting of more than 50 pounds. Use of ladders, forklifts and other heavy transportation machinery. Ability to use hands for fine manipulation of tools necessary to repair equipment. Must adhere to safety procedures, rules, and best practices.

Skills:

Ability to understand and execute oral and written-instructions. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Technical ability to set up, maintain, repair, troubleshoot and refurbish multifunctional devices. Excellent ability to analyze information and demonstrate effective decision making skills. Ability to work independently and remote while meeting all deadlines. Demonstrated ability to adapt to organizational changes and processes.

Requirements:

High School Diploma. Valid State Driver’s license and good driving record. Must be able to meet all employment background screening requirements required by AD Solutions and its clients (including state and local governments, municipalities, school boards, and childcare facilities).
