The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to handle heavy lifting as needed. Responsibilities Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and vans, while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. Load and unload products efficiently, ensuring all items are secured for transport. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries. Navigate routes using GPS or maps, ensuring timely deliveries while optimizing travel efficiency. Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization of goods. Handle heavy lifting of packages or materials as required during loading and unloading processes. Skills Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is a plus. Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Experience driving commercial vehicles, including manual transmission vehicles, is beneficial. Capability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
