Delivery Driver Next Plumbing Supply West Palm Beach, FL 33409 Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to navigate routes effectively, and a commitment to delivering products on time. Duties Safely operate delivery vehicles, including vans and trucks, to transport goods to various locations. Load and unload products from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and care during transit. Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary to assist with heavy lifting and moving of items. Follow designated routes for deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including documentation of any issues or delays encountered. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries. Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including organizing inventory and preparing items for shipment. Qualifications Previous experience as a courier or delivery driver is preferred. Familiarity with route driving and navigation skills is essential. Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks as required. Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
