Norman Dr, West Palm Beach, FL 33409 Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting small packages to various locations while ensuring timely and efficient delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to solve problems. The Delivery Driver will operate his own vehicle (compact car prefered), navigating through city streets and highways while adhering to all safety regulations. Responsibilities Safely operate his own compact car to deliver packages to designated locations. Handle goods, ensuring proper handling of items to prevent damage. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time, location, and any issues encountered. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients. Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate loading schedules Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Previous experience in Gig driving apps preferred. Knowledge of courier services and delivery logistics is advantageous. Common sense. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
