FILL IN AS NEEDED DELIVERY ROUTE / CARGO VAN OWNERS ONLY

Phillips Trucking Service LLC Delray Beach, FL 33484 Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cargo Van Owner who is interested in a Fill In Delivery Driver position. This is a 1099/independent contractor position. The ideal candidate must own a mid roof or high top cargo van and will be responsible for delivering auto parts to various collision shops while ensuring a timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle heavy lifting as needed. Must be available at least 1 day per week between Monday-Friday 6am-5pm to be able to be utilized for this position. This position is perfect for hot shot or load board drivers looking to add to their current income. Filling in is not mandatory every time we ask. This can lead to a full time position. Pay is weekly direct deposit with one week held back. Responsibilities Load and unload auto parts, ensuring proper handling of items to prevent damage. Use customers app to load, deliver, and pick up auto parts to customers on a set route. Route area and pay will vary based on route covered. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns and reporting to local manager/dispatcher as needed. Notify local manager immediately if you cannot cover your assigned route for the day. Qualifications Completion of onboarding paperwork. Previous experience as a delivery driver or courier required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the day. Experience using delivery apps. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
